Is your Laptop is not Powering On?
Try using these simple Steps to resolve
- Your system doesn’t turn on as expected
- Issue can be with power and display related issue
- Make sure that your system is getting power (LED Indication)

- Plug the AC power adapter into the laptop
- If your laptop has an AC power indication light and turns on
- It means Power is working fine
- There is no status on AC power indication
- You need to check the AC power adapter and the outlet
- Ensure the outlet is working properly by connecting some other device and AC adapter

- Use only authorized adapter from Lenovo
- Look for any physical damage to the adapter, cables, plugs and charging pins
- Look for any burn marks from the cable and burn smell from the adapter
- Make sure the power cable is properly attached to the adapter
- Make sure the DC in port on the laptop is not physically loose
- Please contact authorized support if you find any above issue
- Ensure Power is completely drain, it need sometime to charge
- Connected Battery doesn’t seems charging, Please contact authorized support
- If your laptop has removable battery, Remove it
- Laptop with an internal battery has reset with pinhole button on the bottom or near external battery slot

- This can temporary disconnect the battery with power drain
- Here you need Press and hold on the power button for 10 seconds

- This can drain all the power and may solve the issue
- If the problem persists, Please contact authorized center
